  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.

Refund Policy

  • If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Product Received

  • In case you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

Return & Refund Conditions

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Important Note

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • Bark and Thread reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock issues or payment problems. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
