- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.
Refund Policy
- If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
Incorrect Product Received
- In case you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
Return & Refund Conditions
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Important Note
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
